Viera: "We all save ourselves or we all go down"

Junior remain in relegation danger after losing to Bucaramanga, sitting 17th with 9 points and needing a near-impossible run to reach the playoffs.

Junior suffered defeat to Bucaramanga and slipped to 17th place in the Colombian league table with just 9 points from 11 matches. Manager Sebastián Viera acknowledged the team's minimal chances of qualifying for the playoffs, sitting 10 points behind eighth-placed Tolima with 8 games remaining. Despite the dire situation, Viera insisted the squad must work with humility and stop dwelling on past success, emphasizing that the group must either save themselves together or fail together.
