Heracles and data partnership: 'Calculation models came from N'Djoli'

Heracles Almelo has partnered with data analytics firm Jamestown Analytics to improve recruitment and club strategy following their relegation.

Heracles Almelo's technical director Ernest Faber has praised the club's partnership with Jamestown Analytics, a data and scouting bureau that works with only one club per country. JTA, which also advises Brighton, Union Sint-Gillis, and Como, was brought in to help assemble the squad with new and largely unknown players. Faber emphasizes the collaboration is a learning opportunity to modernize the club's decision-making processes, with JTA applying analytical models to player profiles the club develops. He stresses that Heracles retains full control over decisions and that the partnership represents a chance to strengthen the organization.
