'Soon we'll have Diemers and Leemans, many second-division clubs will be jealous'

De Graafschap technical manager Berry Powel praises the arrival of Mark Diemers and the return of Clint Leemans, saying their midfield will rival any in the second division.

De Graafschap technical manager Berry Powel has defended the club's patient approach to the transfer window, explaining that while the process has been difficult, it has yielded results. The arrival of Mark Diemers, who waited for an Eredivisie opportunity before joining De Graafschap, and the expected return of midfielder Clint Leemans from injury will give the club a midfield Powel believes rivals any in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie.
