Santos launches exclusive limited-edition kit honouring Pelé with 1,091 units per design, priced at 1,091 reals to match his goal tally.

Santos FC unveiled a special collection of official kits titled 'O Nome Além do Tempo' (The Name Beyond Time) on Tuesday, developed in tribute to Pelé's legacy through a collaboration between the club, Umbro, and Pelé Brand. The exclusive edition comprises 1,091 units of each model—traditional white and striped versions—totalling 2,182 shirts. Both the production volume and the price of 1,091 reals per shirt reference Pelé's historic goal tally with the club. The design replaces Umbro's traditional chest logo with Pelé's iconic silhouette performing his famous fist-pump gesture, with the Umbro logo moved to the sleeves. Sales began Tuesday through Santos Store Online with initial priority for club members.
