Will Keane joins Doncaster Rovers on a short-term deal until January as cover for injured Frankie Okoronkwo.

Doncaster Rovers have signed 33-year-old forward Will Keane on a short-term contract until January. The move comes after the EFL granted special dispensation to replace Frankie Okoronkwo on the squad list following his injury setback. Keane, a former Republic of Ireland international, brings extensive experience from spells at Ipswich Town, Wigan Athletic and Preston North End, and won the League One Golden Boot in 2022 with Wigan.
