Defensively sound Exeter need more goals - Taylor

Exeter City have conceded just six goals in ten League Two games, joint-best in the division, but manager Matt Taylor says they must improve their attacking output of six goals in the same period.

Exeter City boss Matt Taylor praised his side's defensive record after ten League Two games, conceding just six goals—joint-best in the division and the club's second-best after ten games in their history. However, Taylor emphasized the need to improve attacking output, noting the Grecians have scored only six goals in those ten matches, the third-worst record in the division. Despite winning their past two games 1-0, Taylor wants the team to maintain defensive solidity while finding ways to score more goals.
