Schreuder blames Schuurs for own goal

NEC drew 1-1 with Levski Sofia in Europa League; Schreuder praised the attacking display but blamed Schuurs for the conceded goal rather than tactical issues.

NEC manager Dick Schreuder was largely satisfied with his side's performance in a 1-1 Europa League draw at home to Levski Sofia, their first point in the competition. He highlighted improved attacking play and chance creation, though lamented missed opportunities. The main frustration was the conceded goal, where defender Perr Schuurs was beaten by Reinaldo; Schreuder attributed it to an individual error rather than a tactical flaw, noting Schuurs had otherwise played well.
