Manchester United showing serious interest in Real Betis striker Troy Parrott, valued at €80m, and sending officials to Spain to monitor him.

Manchester United have identified Real Betis striker Troy Parrott as a target and are sending officials to Spain to watch him closely. The 24-year-old Republic of Ireland international, who scored 31 goals in 48 matches for AZ Alkmaar last season before joining Betis for around €20m in August, is valued at €80m. United are seeking a striker with potential who can make an immediate impact, and Parrott's link-up play, physical strength and clinical finishing fit their profile. Real Betis have previously rejected Tottenham's interest in bringing him back.
