Wrexham's Parkinson issues response to pressure talk

Parkinson dismissed speculation about his job security after Wrexham's 2-1 loss to West Brom left them 17th in the Championship.

Phil Parkinson has responded to reports suggesting he faces growing pressure at Wrexham following a 2-1 home defeat to West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday. The loss leaves the Red Dragons in 17th place after 10 Championship games, prompting media speculation about a potential managerial change. Parkinson said criticism is "part and parcel of being a manager" and remains confident his squad can reach the play-offs, noting they are one point better off than at the same stage last season.
