Álex Suárez: "The problem is not on the bench, it's with the players"

Las Palmas defender Álex Suárez blamed the players, not new manager Juan Manuel Rodríguez, for the team's 0-3 loss to Castellón and poor form in LaLiga Hypermotion.

After Las Palmas' 3-0 defeat to Castellón on Saturday, defender Álex Suárez said the club's crisis in LaLiga Hypermotion stems from the players, not the coaching staff, following Juan Manuel Rodríguez's debut as manager. Suárez, who captained the side after Kirian Rodríguez was substituted at half-time, acknowledged the team performed poorly and conceded two goals from set pieces early in the first half. He called for the squad to work harder and take responsibility rather than send messages to supporters.
