Romelu Lukaku accused of repeating Man United behaviour – 'Aren't you ashamed?'

Turkish pundits criticise Lukaku's fitness after slow Fenerbahce start, echoing concerns from his Manchester United days.

Romelu Lukaku has faced harsh criticism from Turkish media following his underwhelming start at Fenerbahce, with former Besiktas coach Sinan Engin questioning his physical condition and suggesting he hire a nutritionist and personal trainer. The Belgian striker came on for only the final 20 minutes of Fenerbahce's 6-0 Europa League defeat to Aston Villa. This echoes similar fitness concerns during his previous spells at Manchester United, where he once returned overweight, and at Napoli under Antonio Conte. Former Fenerbahce players also expressed disappointment with his performances so far.
