Sage must show willingness to adapt with pressure mounting at Palace

Sage faces the sack at Palace unless defensive performances improve in upcoming games against Besiktas and Newcastle.

Crystal, former Palace manager Pierre Sage is under mounting pressure after a poor start to the season, with the Eagles winning just two Premier League games and conceding 17 goals in seven matches—the most in the league. Chairman Steve Parish has given Sage a two-game window against Besiktas and Newcastle to turn around results and performances, particularly defensively. If improvements don't materialise, Parish is likely to make a managerial change, with several out-of-work managers available as potential replacements.
