Barcelona board meets in Tarragona on October 29

Barcelona's board will meet in Tarragona on October 29, preceded by a cathedral ceremony with the local archbishop.

FC Barcelona will hold its next board meeting on Thursday, October 29 in Tarragona at the Seminari de l'Arquebisbat, a 19th-century building that serves as a cultural and academic centre. President Joan Laporta accepted an offer from the Archdiocese led by Archbishop Joan Planellas to host the gathering.

The meeting will be preceded by an offering at Tarragona Cathedral at 10:00, where Laporta and the board will present flowers in the Chapel of the Mother of God of Montserrat alongside the archbishop. Both Planellas and Laporta will address attendees from the main altar.

The board meeting comes days after Barcelona's double defeat to Real Madrid and PSG, and follows the announcement of several award winners including Lamine Yamal and Vicky López as best young talents, Cata Coll as best goalkeeper, and Alexia Putellas as best female footballer of the year.
