Feyenoord brings iconic shirts back to market

Feyenoord releases two retro kits from successful eras: a 1992–94 home shirt and a 1998–99 away shirt, available online now and in stores Saturday.

Feyenoord has launched two retro shirts for fans to purchase, drawing on periods when the club enjoyed significant success. The home shirt is based on the 1992–94 kit, when Feyenoord won the Eredivisie title and KNVB Cup. The away shirt recreates the 1998–99 blue design, another season in which the club claimed the Eredivisie. Both kits are now available online and will be in physical stores on Saturday. The new retro shirts retain the familiar red-and-white design of the home kit, though they differ from the originals in one respect: the original 1990s kits carried Adidas branding, which does not appear on the newly released versions.
