Hurzeler delivers latest Brighton team news ahead of Man City rematch

Kadioglu, Chema Andres and Kostoulas are back in contention for Saturday's Premier League rematch at the Etihad after missing the Carabao Cup penalty loss.

Brighton manager Fabian Hurzeler has confirmed that Ferdi Kadioglu, Chema Andres and Babis Kostoulas are expected to be available for selection in Saturday's Premier League clash against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

Kadioglu and Chema were forced off with injuries during Brighton's 2-1 defeat at Liverpool last Sunday, while Kostoulas was rested for Wednesday's Carabao Cup fourth-round meeting. Despite leading twice at the Etihad, Brighton lost on penalties, with captain Lewis Dunk missing the decisive spot-kick.

Hurzeler also confirmed that Yankuba Minteh and Mats Wieffer, who both returned from injury on Wednesday, came through the cup tie unscathed and will be available. The, former Brighton boss emphasised the need for intensity and precision against City's elite squad.
