Flick eyes Fariñas as starter and leaves Balde's participation in doubt

Alexandro Balde's status remains unclear despite the injury crisis. Flick explained the left-back lacks the confidence needed to perform at his best, stating he "needs confidence to reach his best level." Flick also indicated Frenkie de Jong could play as a centre-back if needed. Young talent Ebrima Tunkara, who has trained with the first team all week, could also feature. At 16 years and 235 days, a debut would make him Barcelona's second-youngest debutant ever, behind only Lamine Yamal.
