Calvert-Lewin set for new Leeds deal
Summarised by MatchPal
The 29-year-old striker, who joined Leeds on a free transfer from Everton, will extend his stay at Elland Road with a new contract.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is set to sign a new contract at Leeds United, extending his deal beyond the current 2028 expiry. The England striker has scored 20 goals in 49 appearances since arriving on a free transfer from Everton and has recently returned to the international fold under Thomas Tuchel, earning his 14th cap in October's 3-0 Nations League win over the Czech Republic.
The news ends speculation linking Calvert-Lewin with a January move to Manchester United, who had been monitoring the forward as a potential replacement following Benjamin Sesko's shin injury.
