Lazio unchanged: Provstgaard the only new face

Gattuso makes only one change for Cagliari, with Marusic and Rovella still unavailable and Gudmundsson sidelined until after the international break.

Lazio manager Gattuso plans minimal rotation for tomorrow's match against Cagliari, making just one change: Provstgaard replacing Diogo Leite. Marusic and Rovella have trained with the group but are not yet considered ready to play, with Gattuso preferring to give them more time at Formello before reassessing them for the Naples fixture. Gudmundsson will return after the international break, with the club exercising caution a month after his injury.

Despite facing three matches in a week—Lazio's first triple-header of the season—Gattuso is keeping ten of eleven players unchanged from the Sassuolo match. The team is functioning too well to risk major changes, though Dele-Bashiru and Cancellieri are available as tactical options during the match. Lazzari and Pedraza are also getting minutes, while Cataldi remains unavailable following summer surgery for a pubic bone issue and will debut soon.
