Fear of mistakes? Lustrinelli: "We are not machines"

Union Berlin manager Mauro Lustrinelli blamed mental fear of mistakes for his side's passive second-half display in the 1-1 draw with Cologne.

Union Berlin drew 1-1 with Cologne, but manager Mauro Lustrinelli was frustrated with his team's performance after the break. Lustrinelli attributed the second-half collapse to a mental issue: his players' fear of making mistakes led to a passive approach. He emphasized that his squad are human beings, not machines, suggesting the psychological pressure affected their ability to play freely and take risks.
