Bologna officially sign Darmian: contract details

Darmian joins Bologna on a free transfer until June 2027 after Inter contract expiry, replacing injured Holm.

Bologna have officially signed Matteo Darmian on a free transfer until 30 June 2027. The 35-year-old defender, who left Inter after his contract expired in June, joins as a replacement for Emil Holm, who suffered a serious hamstring injury with Sweden requiring surgery and will miss four to six months. Darmian, a versatile full-back capable of playing across the defence, brings extensive Serie A experience to Raffaele Palladino's squad.
