Nico Gonzalez and Juventus contract renewal: everything is ready

Verbal agreement reached on contract extension through 2030 or 2031; official announcement pending after Argentina international's return.

Juventus and Nico Gonzalez have reached verbal agreement on a contract renewal, extending his current deal (which runs to 2029) through 2030 or possibly 2031. The club confirmed the extension after the Argentine winger returned from international duty with the Selección. The renewal reflects Gonzalez's strong impact this season after he remained on the market throughout the summer, with a potential return to Atlético Madrid ultimately falling through due to lack of adequate offers. Official confirmation is expected imminently.
