Newcastle United and Everton approaches revealed – Croatian can move in January

Newcastle and Everton explored summer moves for Inter Milan midfielder Sučić; both clubs may revisit interest in January after Inter rejected previous approaches.

Petar Sučić attracted interest from Newcastle United and Everton during the summer transfer window, with reports suggesting the Magpies and Leeds United offered €35–40m for the Croatian midfielder. Inter Milan rejected all approaches and made clear the 22-year-old was not for sale. With Sučić struggling for regular minutes under manager Cristian Chivu this season—starting just two of five matches—the Premier League clubs may have another opportunity to pursue the deal in January.
