Sources: Arsenal make Max Dowman transfer plan amid Rangers and Celtic race

Arsenal midfielder Max Dowman, 16, is attracting interest from Rangers, Celtic and other European clubs, sources told Football Insider. The teenager could be allowed to leave on loan after signing a new contract on his 17th birthday. Manager Mikel Arteta has suggested a January departure is possible if Dowman would benefit from regular playing time, but Arsenal currently view him as valuable for squad rotation this season across their four competitions.
