Newcastle scouts watched Valencia winger Otorbi, 18, score his first senior goal; his agent confirms Premier League clubs are circling but the youngster wants to stay and develop.
Newcastle United sent scouts to watch Valencia winger David Otorbi in action against Racing Santander, where the 18-year-old came off the bench to score his first senior goal.
