Lazio, Gudmundsson to return mid-November. Rovella and Marusic improving

Gudmundsson sidelined until after November international break following arm injury; Cancellieri fit for Juventus trip.

Lazio's Gudmundsson will miss all October fixtures and early November matches after sustaining an arm injury on international duty, with manager Gattuso expecting his return only after the November break. The Icelandic winger remains in a brace and continues to experience pain. Cancellieri has recovered and will be available for Sunday's Juventus away match, starting from the bench. Rovella and Marusic are also being assessed for the upcoming Parma fixture, though Marusic's return is being managed carefully given his recent hamstring strain.
