Isak, Gakpo, Szoboszlai – Liverpool injury news and return dates ahead of Brentford

Iraola says Isak, Gakpo and Szoboszlai's availability for Brentford is uncertain; all three missed the LASK win through injury.

Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola provided an update on three key players ahead of Saturday's Premier League match against Brentford. Alexander Isak (thigh), Cody Gakpo and Dominik Szoboszlai all missed Tuesday's 6-3 Champions League victory over LASK and remain doubtful for the weekend fixture. Iraola said it is too early to confirm their fitness, stating the players were not ready for previous games but leaving the door open for their return. The Reds will assess the trio in training on Friday before making final decisions.
