Araújo on Liverpool purchase option: "It's too early"
Summarised by MatchPal
Araújo says it's too early to discuss Liverpool's purchase option, but he's happy at the club on loan from Barcelona.
Ronald Araújo, on loan at Liverpool from Barcelona until the end of the season, addressed speculation about a permanent move to Anfield. The Uruguayan defender said it's premature to discuss the club's purchase option, emphasizing he's enjoying his time at Liverpool and feeling welcomed by both the club and fans. He's been deployed primarily as a right-back since arriving last summer, a position he's comfortable with despite preferring centre-back.
