Nico Paz: Chelsea send officials for Como star – Looking at €100m+ transfer

Chelsea scouting Como's Nico Paz after his brace vs Manchester United; Italian club seeking €100m+ despite Real Madrid's €80m buyback clause.

Nico Paz impressed for Como with a brace in Wednesday's 4-1 win over Manchester United, catching Chelsea's attention. The Blues have been monitoring the Argentine attacking midfielder closely, sending scouts to recent matches including the Champions League tie against Feyenoord. Tuttomercatoweb reports Chelsea are 'hot on the trail' and willing to pay a significant fee. Como acquired Paz permanently from Real Madrid in the summer but the Spanish club retains an €80m buyback option; Como will demand a much higher price from other suitors like Chelsea.
