Burnley's Bruun Larsen out for up to three months

Bruun Larsen sidelined for up to three months with a stress fracture; Vardy also out for Saturday's trip to Lincoln.

Burnley forward Jacob Bruun Larsen has been ruled out for up to three months after suffering a stress fracture. The 28-year-old Denmark international has scored twice in nine Championship appearances this season. Manager Nicky Hayen also confirmed veteran striker Jamie Vardy will miss Saturday's trip to Lincoln with a back injury, though midfielder Josh Cullen could return to the squad after ten months out with an ACL injury. Burnley sit 22nd in the table with just one win from their opening 11 league games.
