Birmingham 'have gone up a gear' says boss Davies

Birmingham City have won three straight games since the international break to sit fourth, three points behind leaders Swansea City.

Birmingham City manager Chris Davies praised his side's recent form after winning three consecutive Championship matches for nine points out of nine since the international break. The Blues have recorded three clean sheets and scored eight goals in that run, with strikers August Priske and Liam Millar each netting three times. Davies highlighted last Saturday's 3-0 victory over Queens Park Rangers as particularly impressive, extending their unbeaten streak to five games. Birmingham now sit fourth, just three points behind Swansea City, ahead of Saturday's trip to Cardiff City.
