Juve, Spalletti staying? Carnevali: "We don't change at every difficulty"

Juventus CEO Carnevali backs Spalletti ahead of Rennes match, saying the club won't change managers during difficulties and needs time to rebuild.

Juventus CEO Giovanni Carnevali defended manager Luciano Spalletti before the Juve-Rennes match, rejecting speculation about his position. Carnevali said the club must think about rebuilding and cannot change managers every time difficulties arise. He acknowledged recent financial challenges including fair play issues, but stressed the need for continuity and time to return to previous levels of performance. Carnevali also clarified that defender Bremer's post-Lazio comments were addressed internally and the matter has been resolved.
