Getafe president questions angry manager: 'What is he doing here if he's so unhappy?'

Getafe president Torres hit back at manager Bordalás after he publicly criticized the club's leadership following a 5-2 Conference League defeat to Lugano.

former Getafe manager José Bordalás faced the wrath of president Ángel Torres after publicly criticizing the club's leadership and squad composition following Thursday's 5-2 Conference League loss to Lugano at home. Bordalás claimed he felt betrayed and blamed the board for not assembling the right squad. Torres, who has been at Getafe for nearly 30 years, rejected the accusations, saying Bordalás signed willingly and is free to leave if unhappy. The president defended the squad as one of the club's best and called on the manager to respect his players.
