'Ouazane is a player for the absolute top, one hundred percent sure'

Ajax skill coach Ronald de Boer praises 17-year-old midfielder Ouazane as an exceptional talent destined for the top, comparing his dribbling style to Michael Laudrup.

Ronald de Boer, who worked with Abdellah Ouazane in Ajax's youth academy as a skill coach, has expressed strong confidence in the 17-year-old midfielder's future. De Boer, a former Ajax player with over 300 appearances for the club, describes Ouazane as an exceptional talent with a distinctive dribbling style reminiscent of Michael Laudrup.

Ouazane recently scored against Atalanta with the kind of technical execution that impressed De Boer. While acknowledging that the young Moroccan international still has areas to develop—including positioning without the ball and movement off the ball—De Boer is convinced of his potential. "This is a player for the absolute top, one hundred percent sure," De Boer stated, while cautioning that talent development is never guaranteed and many promising players fail to make the step up to Ajax's first team.
