Lemar: "We must continue with this mentality"

Lemar praised Elche's mentality after escaping the relegation zone, highlighting three consecutive clean sheets and the need to maintain consistency.

Lemar spoke positively about Elche's recent form following their victory at Vallecas, which took them out of the relegation zone. The on-loan Atlético Madrid midfielder emphasized the importance of maintaining the same approach in upcoming matches, noting that the three goals scored in that game would boost team morale.

Lemar highlighted a defensive strength, pointing out that Elche has kept three consecutive clean sheets—a run he attributed to solid defensive work from the squad. When asked about the upcoming Valencia fixture at Martínez Valero, Lemar indicated that the Copa del Rey match against Pinatar on Tuesday takes priority before focusing on league commitments.
