José Mourinho: "I told Camavinga: go and attack the space"

Mourinho explains his tactical approach against Barcelona's defensive setup, using midfielders Camavinga and Bellingham to break the line.

José Mourinho discussed his tactical instructions during a match against Barcelona, revealing how he instructed Camavinga to attack space in midfield. Mourinho explained that Barcelona's defense is well-coached to handle traditional attacking movements, often leaving opposing forwards in offside positions or having passes cut out by goalkeeper Joan García. To counter this, Mourinho opted to use midfielders like Camavinga and Bellingham to break Barcelona's defensive line, a strategy he says proved effective.
