Gasperini: Allegri's Champions League comment was unfortunate, nothing more to say

Gasperini responds to Allegri's Champions League comment, calling it unfortunate but declining to elaborate further.

Gian Piero Gasperini addressed Allegri's post-match remarks about Roma's Champions League qualification at a pre-match press conference ahead of Roma's fixture against Cagliari. Gasperini said he hadn't heard Allegri's original comment directly but acknowledged it through media reports. He referenced statistics and evidence from last season's matches to support Roma's position, noting that no one had publicly backed Allegri's assertion. Gasperini described the comment as unfortunate and stated he had nothing further to add on the matter.
