'If we're the right Rangers, no one can stop us' – confident message to Hearts sent from Ibrox dressing room

Rangers defender Sterling says his side have no fear ahead of tomorrow's trip to Hearts, confident they can dominate if they perform at their best.

Dujon Sterling has sent a confident message from the Rangers dressing room ahead of tomorrow's Scottish Premiership clash at Hearts. The defender rejected the idea that a victory would eliminate Hearts from the title race, pointing to last season when Rangers recovered from far behind to reach the top of the table.

Rangers currently sit four points behind second place, eight adrift of leaders Celtic. Sterling emphasised the squad's belief and trust in each other, saying: "If we turn up and we're the right Rangers, nobody can stop us in the league." He acknowledged the high demands the team places on itself in training and the competitive nature of the group.

Sterling also reflected on last season's defeat at Tynecastle, when Rangers dominated the first half before falling apart after the break. He stressed that this is a different squad with a different mentality, and that focusing on the past is pointless.
