Willem II miss Slory after red card as Streppel begins against PSV

Slory suspended for three matches after red card in KNVB Cup; misses PSV clash and PEC Zwolle fixture.

Jaden Slory received a three-match suspension from the KNVB following a harsh challenge during Willem II's KNVB Cup tie against Helmond Sport on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred in front of the fourth official, forcing Slory to leave the pitch immediately. Despite playing with ten men, Willem II secured a 4-3 victory and progressed to the next round.

Slory will miss Willem II's away match against PSV this weekend and the home fixture against PEC Zwolle on 6 November. One of the three matches is conditional. The suspension is a blow for new manager Jurgen Streppel, who recently took over from John Stegeman.
