Vinicius must be brought back gradually from the bench

Panel debate on Real Madrid's attacking players, with concerns raised about Vinicius's ability to accept a reduced role and potential friction with Mbappé.

In 'El Corrillo', a MARCA opinion segment, panellists Javier Tintó, Joan Prats, Alberto Pérez and Manu Martín debated Real Madrid's current situation with the Champions League as a backdrop.

Alberto Pérez and Joan Prats expressed doubts about Vinicius's willingness to play a secondary role. "I think his ego is absolutely incapable of enduring a prolonged spell on the bench," Alberto said, while Joan noted that Vinicius "has been in decline both footballistically and in terms of attitude and confidence, losing ground at club level." The discussion highlighted a potential clash between Madrid's attacking stars: "The problem with Vinicius, just like the problem with Mbappé, is that they get in each other's way," one panellist observed, raising the possibility of a sale as an alternative to a situation that could become problematic for Mourinho.

The panel also discussed other topics including the AFE's request to suspend La Liga and Segunda División matches following Jesús de Miguel's death, and upcoming fixtures including Atlético Madrid versus Barcelona on Sunday.
