Marchal unused by Spain U-20, set to feature in Anoeta final

Marchal returns from Spain U-20 duty without playing and is available for Friday's Euskal Herria Txapela final against Athletic at Anoeta.

Álex Marchal, the young winger, was initially unavailable for Real Sociedad II's Euskal Herria Txapela final on Friday against Athletic at Anoeta due to Spain U-20 commitments. However, Marchal did not feature in any of Spain's matches during the four-day camp in Madrid, including a win over Mexico. He returned to Donostia on Thursday and trained at Zubieta, making him available for manager Pellegrino Matarazzo to consider for the final, though the club may also preserve him for Sunday's La Liga match against Granada.
