Liverpool set to muscle in after Crystal Palace make formal offer

Liverpool eyeing Fiorentina midfielder Ndour after Crystal Palace's summer bid was rejected; Fiorentina value him at €35m.

Crystal Palace made a formal offer for Fiorentina midfielder Cher Ndour in the summer, but it was rejected as the Italian club considered him unsellable. The 22-year-old has impressed this season and recently scored a spectacular goal for Italy U21s. La Repubblica reports that Liverpool are now monitoring his situation, with Juventus also showing interest. Fiorentina believe an "unstoppable offer" around €35m would be needed to sell, having raised his valuation since Palace's approach.
