Sources: Rangers make Badredine Bouanani transfer decision

Rangers will delay deciding whether to trigger Bouanani's £15.5m purchase option until late in the season after his first goal for the club.

Badredine Bouanani has struggled for playing time since joining Rangers on loan from Stuttgart, but scored in Saturday's 2-2 draw at Dundee. Sources say Rangers will hold off on triggering his £15.5m permanent option until nearer the end of the season. The 21-year-old is still highly regarded internally and his training performances have impressed manager Derek McInnes, who is backing him to earn more minutes.
