Roma-Slovan Bratislava, Gasperini's pre-match press conference LIVE

Gasperini previews Roma's Europa League clash with Slovan Bratislava on Tuesday at the Olimpico, addressing squad availability and tactical options.

former Roma manager Gian Piero Gasperini held his pre-match press conference ahead of Tuesday's 21:00 kickoff against Slovan Bratislava in the Europa League League Phase at the Olimpico. With several players unavailable, Gasperini confirmed he hopes to avoid deploying Hermoso in midfield and expects to have Cristante back for the Napoli fixture. Captain Lorenzo Pellegrini discussed the pressure to win and praised the unity of the squad after his recent return. Gasperini also addressed the possibility of fielding both Castro and Malen together in attack, saying he could consider it but won't compromise the team's shape just to see two strikers on the pitch simultaneously.
