Napoli midfielder Alisson Santos suffered a recurrence of his left hamstring injury during the defeat to Venezia, just 38 days after returning from the same problem he sustained against Arsenal on September 9. Medical tests confirmed a medium-grade hamstring tear. The club announced he has begun rehabilitation and is expected to miss 5–6 weeks, ruling him out of upcoming matches against Bodo Glimt, Roma, Monza, Juventus, Porto and Lazio.
