Liverpool's right-back crisis deepens as defender set to miss six games with injury

Frimpong sidelined until November international break with hamstring injury; Szoboszlai suffered minor setback but expected back within a week.

Liverpool's right-back crisis has deepened following Saturday's match at Brentford. Jeremie Frimpong sustained a hamstring injury and is unlikely to return before the November international break, ruling him out of approximately six games. Manager Andoni Iraola described it as a "massive" issue. Dominik Szoboszlai, who also went off at Brentford, suffered only a minor setback in his comeback and is expected to miss around a week, sitting out Tuesday's Villarreal clash and Sunday's Brighton fixture. With Conor Bradley also unavailable until after the internationals, Ronald Araujo will continue as a makeshift right-back.
