Togetherness kept County 'calm in storm' - Paterson

Paterson credits honesty and togetherness after Notts County's 2-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday ended a four-game losing streak.

Notts County head coach Martin Paterson praised his side's performance after a 2-0 home victory over Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday, their second win in 10 League One matches since promotion. The result ended a run of four successive league defeats and secured their first clean sheet in 13 games across all competitions. Paterson highlighted the team's honesty and togetherness as key to navigating a challenging start to life in the third tier, though he acknowledged the need to maintain fitness and hunger to replicate the display.
