Sources: 'Concrete' update on Liverpool return for Trent Alexander-Arnold
Summarised by MatchPal
Liverpool are not interested in re-signing Alexander-Arnold despite his struggles at Real Madrid under Mourinho.
Trent Alexander-Arnold's Real Madrid spell is faltering as he has started just three of nine La Liga games this season under Jose Mourinho, with Federico Valverde taking his starting spot. Despite speculation about a shock return to Liverpool, sources have told Football Insider that the Reds are not targeting the 28-year-old at this moment despite their right-back concerns. Alexander-Arnold left for Real in 2025 but is now struggling for minutes in both league and European competition.
