Hadj Moussa makes an impression: 'That's really class'

Kenneth Perez praised Hadj Moussa's decisive moment in PSV's draw with Feyenoord, highlighting his technical quality despite lacking elite pace.

Kenneth Perez was impressed by Anis Hadj Moussa's performance during PSV's clash with Feyenoord on Sunday. The Danish analyst at ESPN noted that while the 24-year-old Algerian received little space throughout the match, he made the most of his one opportunity to secure a point for the league leaders.

"He gets no space the whole game, but one time he does and then he does it. That's really class," Perez said. He observed that Hadj Moussa continues to develop, shooting more frequently and executing excellent technical plays between defenders. "Obispo and Kostic; nobody dares to tackle him. He does it brilliantly in tight spaces. That's enjoyable, these kinds of extra qualities."

However, Perez noted a limitation: Hadj Moussa lacks the pure pace that would elevate him to world-class status. "If he were ten or fifteen percent faster, he'd be among the absolute elite. He has moments where he still gets caught," the analyst concluded.
