Koundé makes unity appeal: "We will come out stronger"

Koundé calls for unity after Barcelona's two consecutive defeats to PSG and Real Madrid, saying the team will emerge stronger.

Barcelona's 11-game winning streak ended this week with back-to-back defeats: first to PSG in Paris, then to Real Madrid in the Clásico at Spotify Camp Nou on Sunday. On Monday, several Barcelona players issued appeals to lift spirits. Fermín urged confidence in the team, while Gavi pledged commitment. Jules Koundé, sidelined by injury during the PSG and Madrid matches, added his voice on Instagram in Catalan: "A difficult week. Time to stay united. Culés, more than ever. No doubt we will come out stronger." Koundé is expected to return at right-back against Alavés next Saturday if his recovery continues on track, with Eric García and Xavi Espart both unavailable.
