Everton could make move as early as January – Desire to secure 24-year-old

Everton are monitoring Dinamo Zagreb striker Dion Drena Beljo, 24, as they look to bolster their attack in January; the Croatian club value him at €25m.

Everton have identified Dinamo Zagreb's Dion Drena Beljo as a potential January target to strengthen their attacking options. The Toffees have managed only eight goals from eight Premier League matches this season, with just five players on the scoresheet.

Beljo, 24, has impressed since joining Dinamo from FC Augsburg in July 2025, scoring 17 goals and providing eight assists in 17 matches this season. Dinamo rejected €20m bids for him in the summer and value him at €25m, though Transfermarkt lists him at €15m. His contract runs until 2030, giving the Croatian club a strong negotiating position.

Newcastle United are also reported to be interested. Everton may have an advantage through their connection with the player's agency, Roof, which also represents striker Thierno Barry and winger Tyler Dibling at Goodison Park.
